How to Fix OTP Not Received & Phone Binding Issues on Yono APKs

Having trouble binding your mobile number or receiving your SMS verification OTP in Yono apps? Follow this quick troubleshooting checklist to resolve SMS delivery delays instantly.

Common Causes of OTP Failures

• SMS Gateway Congestion: High traffic during peak evening hours can cause telecom carrier delays.
• DND (Do Not Disturb) Filters: Third-party spam blocker apps (Truecaller) may misclassify shortcode transactional SMS.
• SIM Slot Selection: Ensure mobile data is active on the primary SIM associated with your entered number.

Step-by-Step Fix

1. Toggle Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then turn it off to refresh telecom network handshakes.
2. Clear the app cache via your Android device settings.
3. Request OTP via the Voice Call OTP option if available inside the game lobby.
